Sasse’s was reopened in October 2012 by Chef Josef Zimmermann. The Restaurant is known for its northern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine and service. The inspiration for Chef Josef is always quality not quantity, and focused on two words, quality product and execution.
Meticulous care is paid to the selection of local and national products that Florida and North America has to offer. We respect and admire the land and the people who deliver their harvest to the restaurant.

The Barrel Room is our private event room. This spacious room can provide an intimate setting from 8 or accommodate up to 35
people. It is perfect for anniversaries, bridal and baby showers, bachelorette parties, weddings, birthday parties, girlfriend
outings, corporate retreats, or any other occasion that requires a little something special.
